The Marietta Christmas tree lighting will take place on Saturday, Nov. 23, at 6:30 p.m. at Old Town Hall, 3 W. Walnut St., Marietta.
The Christmas tree will be decorated. Children will be invited to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus in Union Meeting House, where they will be served light refreshments. The Donegal Alumni Band will play music outside and inside Union Meeting House. The Donegal Intermediate School fifth- and sixth-grade chorus will sing.
The event is free and open to the public.
