Senior Center Posts Schedule

Stewartstown Senior Center, 26 S. Main St., Stewartstown, will offer a variety of programs and activities to local seniors. For more details, readers may call the center at 717-993-3488.

On Wednesday, Dec. 4, aerobics will be held in the fellowship hall from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Mary Ellen will be available to assist with ceramics, with a variety of items to paint. Table games will be available throughout the day. The bridge club will meet at noon, with more players sought, including those who would like to learn. The "500" card party will meet at 1 p.m., with more players sought. Candy making will begin at 1 p.m.

On Thursday, Dec. 5, Barb's aerobics class will be held in the fellowship hall from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. A nurse will be available to check blood pressure and weights in the morning. Kings in the Corner will start at 9:30 a.m. The yoga class will begin at 10:30 a.m. An acrylic art class will meet at noon. Hand and Foot will also begin at noon, and candy making will resume at 1 p.m..

On Friday, Dec. 6, those signed up for the last trip of the year to Shady Maple will leave the center at 8:30 a.m. Barb's aerobics class will be held in the fellowship hall from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Bocce ball will be played in the morning, along with a variety of table games and bingo in the afternoon.

On Monday, Dec. 9, breakfast and fellowship at Cracker Barrel will begin at 8 a.m. Barb's aerobics class will be held in the fellowship hall from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Table games and Wii bowling will be available throughout the day. Mahjong will be played starting at noon. Candy making will resume in the afternoon if needed.

On Tuesday, Dec. 10, Barb's aerobics class will be held in the fellowship hall from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Nancy's watercolor class will meet at 9:15 a.m. Willy will teach her craft class at 9:30 a.m. Table games and Wii bowling will be available throughout the day. Pinochle players will meet at noon. Candy making will resume in the afternoon if needed.
