Brunnerville UMC Will Host Bazaar

The annual Brunnerville United Methodist Church (UMC) Christmas Bazaar will be held on Saturday, Dec. 7, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church, 517 Pine Hill Road, Lititz. Admission and parking are free, and the event is open to the public.

The bazaar aims to have something for everyone. One highlight is the Granny's Attic room, where attendees will find gently used items.

An assortment of food will be available, including mix-and-match homemade cookies for sale by the dozen, with gluten-free and sugar-free varieties available. A selection of homemade pies and homemade candy will be available for purchase. The heat-and-eat Meals to Go area will sell dinners that only need to be put in the oven. The church kitchen will serve a menu of breakfast sandwiches and hot lunch items.

Fresh and artificial holiday arrangements and wreaths will be for sale, and drawings for holiday gift baskets will be held during the day. Various local craft and gift vendors will offer items for holiday shopping, as well.

Children are invited to enjoy a Christmas-themed program, which will run every half-hour during the bazaar. Live holiday music will be featured by local musician Doug LaSala.

During the bazaar, the church will accept donations of nonperishable food items for its recently opened community pantry.
