More than 100 York-area business, community leaders and residents will raise money to fight muscular dystrophy, ALS and related diseases at the 1st Capital Leather and Lace Ball on Saturday, Feb. 8, to benefit the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Mid-Atlantic Region. It will be held at Wyndham Garden in York from 5:30 to 10 p.m.
Guests will enjoy live and silent auctions, food, and live entertainment, all while raising funds and awareness to help those with life-threatening muscle-debilitating diseases live longer and grow stronger. Since 2017, the ball has helped support more than 600 individuals and families throughout the York area.
