Megan Renee Wire of Dallastown and Derek Ryan Knisely of Dallastown have announced their engagement.
The bride-elect is the daughter of Donna and Brian Evans Sr. of York and Jerry and Christa Wire of York. She graduated from Red Lion Area Senior High School in 2005.
Mr. Knisely is the son of Tim Knisely and Glenda Strevig of Dallastown and the late Laurie Knisely. He graduated from Dallastown Area High School in 2002. He is employed by Doucette Industry of York.
An Oct. 2, 2021, wedding is planned.
