Nine Penn Manor High School students received the Keystone Degree at the Pennsylvania FFA Association's Mid-Winter Convention, which was held as part of the Pennsylvania Farm Show earlier this month. The Keystone Degree is the state-level degree; the only one higher is the American Degree, which is awarded at the national level.
To qualify for the Keystone Degree, students had to have demonstrated leadership skills, participated in FFA activities, and earned or invested a set amount of money or hours in a supervised agricultural experience (SAE). The Manor FFA members who met those requirements are Cody Hurlburt, Darby Conrad, Kylie Kreider, Brenna McDevitt, Lauren Sensenich, Jolene Fields, Austin Kolb, Madeleine Denlinger, and Renee Eshbach.

She has served as chapter sentinel and historian, and she attended the Agricultural Cooperation Establishes Success convention. Darby's SAE project is her rodeo horses, and she competed in the horse judging CDE. After graduation, Darby plans to major in animal science and minor in agribusiness at Iowa Central Community College.
