The Center for Entrepreneurial Excellence, a free business resource for Lebanon County, is hosting its inaugural Entrepreneurial Pitch competition. The application deadline has been extended to Friday, Jan. 31. Entrepreneurs will compete to win seed money to start their dream business. Two winners will each receive a grant and packages of business services. There is no cost to apply or participate.

On Wednesday, May 20, the Great Lebanon County Pitch will be presented in a public event. Six finalists will each have five minutes to present their business concepts, and a panel of judges will ask additional questions. The center is also requesting donations of business-related services to include in the prize packages for Pitch winners. Suggested categories include accounting, marketing, legal, office supplies, printing, rental space, cleaning and technology.
