SECA (Southern End Community Association), 299 Park Ave., Quarryville, will offer an American Sign Language (ASL) class for beginners on Mondays, Feb. 3 to March 9. Classes will take place from 6 to 7 p.m.
Registration is required by Friday, Jan. 31, by calling the SECA office at 717-806-0123.
