Arts on the Square will present the show "Revival," performed by a small ensemble of professional singers and instrumentalists, at Market Square Presbyterian Church, 20 S. Second St., Harrisburg, on Friday, Feb. 7, at 7:30 p.m.
"Revival" is a folk-rock music show based in New York City that has garnered reviews in the press and on the radio. The show features original story-driven music by Kristen Plylar-Moore. The songs draw largely from Hebrew biblical texts and are rooted in themes of love, justice, dignity, and the celebration of the divine in each person. Through its music, "Revival" re-imagines a world of human kindness. "Revival" is intended to be entertaining and enlightening for all people.
Tickets are available at http://www.marketsquarechurch.org/concerts or at the door. Separate prices have been set for adults and for students. Children under age 12 will be admitted for free.
The church will provide parking in the Market Square Garage adjacent to the church. Access to the church building is from the first level of the garage or from the Event Entrance on South Second Street.
