The Hershey Horticulture Society will present the program "Composting: What and How" on Monday, Feb. 3, at the Brownstone Masonic Lodge, 215 W. Governor Road, Hershey. Kathy Quarles of Stauffers of Kissel Hill will present the latest techniques for composting and recycling. A business meeting will begin at 11 a.m. Lunch will start at noon, followed by the presentation at 1 p.m.
