The Dauphin County Library System is sponsoring "Dollar-Smart Deductions," where tax filers can learn from an unbiased, certified financial adviser about the options available this year. "Dollar-Smart Deductions" will be held at the Kline Library, 530 S. 29th St., Harrisburg, on Thursday, Feb. 6, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and Thursday, Feb. 20, from 1 to 2 p.m.
