Lititz Public Library, 651 Kissel Hill Road, will host a "Salads for All Seasons" cooking class on Monday, April 6, from 6 to 7 p.m. Linda Leeking will teach participants how to make two fresh, healthysalads with dressings. A resident of Lititz, Leeking taught home economics and food classes for 24 years at both the high school and college levels, and she served as a district food manager for nine years.
The class will be capped at 15 participants, so preregistration is required by calling the library at 717-626-2255 or by emailing one's name and number of the participants in their group to register@lititzlibrary.org.
