The wedding of Amanda Herr and Evan Geisewite took place on March 14 at Providence Church of God in New Providence. Pastor Dwight Lefever and pastor Tim Boger officiated at the 2:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Bryan and Kelly Herr of Drumore. She graduated from Solanco High School in 2015 and from Lock Haven University in 2019. She is employed by Clinton County Adult Probation in Lock Haven.
The groom is the son of Matt and Angela Geisewite of Loganton. He graduated from Jersey Shore Area Senior High School in 2014 and is employed by Ameron Construction in State College.
The maid of honor was Kloe Musselman of Pequea. Bridesmaids were Taylor Herr of New Providence, sister-in-law of the bride; Erica Everett of Loganton; and Brianna Blevins of Strasburg.
Serving as best man was Dan Everett of Loganton. Groomsmen were Brandon Herr of New Providence, brother of the bride; Lane Geisewite of Jacksonville, brother of the groom; and Adam Campbell of Annapolis Junction.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
The reception was held at the Providence Church Family Life Center in New Providence.
After a wedding trip to the Adirondacks in New York, the couple resides in Loganton.
