A virtual Lancaster Cares Community Update will take place on Wednesday, May 13, from 12:30 to 1 p.m.
Participants will hear from the Lancaster County Community Foundation, United Way of Lancaster County, and local organizations that received support from the Lancaster Cares Fund. Speakers will share about the impact that the Lancaster Cares COVID-19 Response Fund is having on the community.
Through May 5, more than 600 county residents, businesses, and organizations gave more than $900,000 to support food distribution, housing, sheltering services and rapid-response funds for emerging needs.
