The Department of Psychology at Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg, named its Distinguished Students and Ellen Barker Memorial Scholarship winner for 2019-20. Samantha Carney of Lancaster was named the Ellen Barker Memorial Scholarship winner.
Carney will be a junior this fall. She is majoring in psychology with a minor in biology.
