Hope's Closet, located at Pathway Community Church, 1731 W. Philadelphia St., York, will reopen on Friday, June 19, from 5 to 8 p.m. and Saturday, June 20, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
In accordance with government guidelines, there will be one entrance door and one exit door on the West Philadelphia Street side of the building; these doors will be marked. Hand sanitizer stations will be located at both doors, and Hope's Closet asks that everyone wear a mask according to set requirements.
An array of spring and summer fashions for the whole family will be available at Hope's Closet's regular prices. Clothing includes women's sizes XS to 4X. As a featured special, a selection of women's plus-size spring and summer slacks, capris, and shorts will be on sale.
A 50% off sale will be available on all sheets, pillow cases, pillows, pillow covers, pillow shams, curtains, shower curtains, and other similar goods.
Hope's Closet will also offer a garden shop featuring outdoor accessories, flower pots, flags, decorative items, and more, including patriotic items for home and garden.
Free clothing items for people of all ages will be available. Free food, including bread, will be offered.
