Students Earn Recognition

Middletown Area School District (MASD) has announced its Outstanding Students of the Year for the 2019-20 school year.

Domowah Kullie, Fink Elementary School, is the daughter of Massayan Kullie and Patricia Lawrence. Domowah grew up in the country of Liberia and entered MASD as a fifth-grader. Her favorite subjects are math and reading.

Carter DeJesus, Fink Elementary School, is the son of Doug and Leah Goff and Aaron DeJesus. Originally from York, Carter has attended Fink since fourth grade. His favorite subjects are math and gym class.

Jillian Hess, Kunkel Elementary School, is the daughter of Rodney and Laura Hess. She has attended Kunkel since kindergarten. Her favorite subjects are math, art, and reading.

Daniel Orris, Kunkel Elementary School, is the son of David and Renee Orris. He has attended Kunkel since kindergarten. His favorite subjects are math, art, and physical education.

Jocelyn Jules, Reid Elementary School, is the daughter of Rebecca Jules. She has attended Reid since kindergarten. Her favorite subjects are music, math, and writing.

Robbie Campbell, Reid Elementary School, is the son of Robert and Michelle Campbell. He has attended Reid since third grade. His favorite subjects are math and reading.

Ava Miller, Middletown Area Middle School, is the daughter of Andrew and Jessica Miller. She has attended MASD schools since kindergarten. Her favorite classes are science and English.

Micah Krajsa, Middletown Area Middle School, is the son of Matthew and Staci Krajsa. He has attended MASD schools since kindergarten. His favorite subjects are math and science.
