Martin Library, 159 E. Market St., York, and Guthrie Memorial Library, 2 Library Place, Hanover, are now open for limited browsing. Library members will be able to enter the two buildings to browse collections in specified areas. There will be a dedicated time for older adults and vulnerable individuals from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesdays at both locations. Operating hours will follow current schedules for lobby and curbside pickup.
