Museum Names Development Coordinator

Landis Valley Village and Farm Museum, 2451 Kissel Hill Road, Lancaster, has named Cynthia Charles as its new development coordinator. Charles will be responsible for the membership program and other development initiatives for Landis Valley.

While working at Landis Valley, she will also continue as executive director of the Theater of the Seventh Sister in Lancaster. Charles has also worked as development and marketing director for The New School of Lancaster, public relations director for the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, and marketing coordinator for the Pennsylvania Academy of Music. She also has a 25-year career as a professional actor, teaching artist and vocalist in the tri-state area.

Landis Valley Village and Farm Museum is a living history museum that collects, conserves, exhibits and interprets Pennsylvania German material culture and heritage between 1750 and 1940.
