The Lititz Chocolate Walk, which was scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 10, has been canceled due to ongoing concerns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Next year's walk is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 9, 2021.
This cancellation, along with the cancellation of the Lititz Pretzel Fest earlier this year, has left an $80,000 funding shortfall for the local youth charities and organizations that the Kiwanis Club of Lititz Area supports.
Through the support of the community, the club has raised more than $800,000 in the past 25 years to help support local children.
