Field of Screams, 191 College Ave., Mountville, began its 2020 season on Sept. 11. The spooky attraction will be open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night, including Halloween night, through the second weekend in November. Events open at 6 p.m., with the exception of Saturdays in October when the site opens at 5 p.m.
This year, the Haunted Hayride path has been modified to include a new attraction, The Chop Shop. Additionally, the S.H.A.D.E. Cryogenic Facility that was introduced last season has been upgraded for 2020. The Nocturnal Wasteland attraction has new effects, and new scenes have been added to the Den of Darkness and the Frightmare Asylum.
Field of Screams features four haunted attractions with new scares in place for 2020. Due to COVID-19, a plan has been put in place so that they will operate safely.
