Test-Drive Fundraiser Program Posted

Hondru Ford of Manheim will bring Ford Motor Company's Drive 4 UR School program to Manheim in an effort to raise up to a maximum of $6,000 for Manheim Central School District booster clubs. In an effort to help keep the community safe during the pandemic, the event will be held virtually this year.

For every person who virtually test-drives a Mustang Mach-E, Bronco Sport or F-150 on Friday, Oct. 9, Ford Motor Company will donate a set amount to his or her selected booster club.

This yearly event started in 2008 as a way for Ford to show its support of the various school events that may have a lack of funding. Drive 4 UR School has earned over $55,000 for the Manheim Central booster clubs.

Readers may visit http://www.hondruford.com/mc.htm and follow the required steps to participate in the virtual test-drive.

Participants must be age 18 or older and have a valid driver's license. There is a limit of one donation per person and one donation per household.
