PCGC Plans Benefit Event

Penn-Cumberland Garden Club (PCGC) will hold the 51st scholarship and community projects benefit on Monday, Nov. 30, at the Radisson Hotel Harrisburg, 1150 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill. Masks must be worn, and social distancing must be observed.

A Holiday Market, which is open to the public free of charge, will run from 9 a.m. to noon. The market will include multiple vendors, greenery, garden related item, baked goods, and unique gifts. In addition, there will be a silent auction and a giveaway drawing.

There will be a noon luncheon and floral demonstration by reservation only. The floral demonstration will be "Holiday Fresh Take," presented by Jeanne Ha, floral designer. There is a cost to attend, and the deadline to purchase a ticket is Wednesday, Nov. 25. To reserve tickets, readers may contact Betty Pisano at bepisano@aol.com or 717-732-4631. To-go lunches may be requested when making a reservation.

The program will be also be available via Zoom to anyone who has purchased a ticket. A link will be sent to ticketholders via email on Saturday, Nov. 28.
