Representatives from Cabot Oil and Gas recently visited St. John Neumann Catholic School and presented the school with a $20,000 donation made in connection with the Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program. The donation will go toward providing scholarships for students in prekindergarten through eighth grade. State Sen. Scott Martin, a school alumnus, was on hand for the presentation and school tour.
The EITC program offers tax credits to eligible businesses that have helped to provide scholarship funding to schools.
