Lapis Advisers recently announced that ER Senior Management is the new management firm leading operations at the Heritage of Green Hills. The ER Senior Management team brings experience from more than 100 communities throughout the country, specializing in management and financial services for entry fee based retirement communities, as well as assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation properties.
According to Brian Dowd, chief operating officer of ER Senior Management, the transition comes at an important time since the Heritage of Green Hills is preparing for the opening of its state-of-the-art Health Care Center.
ER Senior Management provides housing and services to residents of active senior and aging-in-place communities while maintaining operational efficiencies intended to ensure a financially sustainable enterprise. The firm's support office provides communities with resources, including marketing, clinical, accounting, IT and recruiting/human resources.
Chris Coates, president and CEO of ER Senior Management, has worked to promote and improve senior housing on the national level for nearly 50 years. Most recently, he served as chairman of both the American Senior Housing Association and the Assisted Living Federation of America (ALFA). Coates also served as the first chairman of the Seniors Housing Political Action Committee.
