The Chester County Commissioners' Office cleanup won second place in Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful's 2021 Pick Up Pennsylvania video contest.
The first-place winner was Senior Girl Scout Troop 21031 of Warrington, and third place went to the Penn Lake cleanup in Luzerne County. The winners are the participants who received the most likes on Facebook during the voting period. Cash prizes were awarded.
The contest was sponsored by Pennsylvania Waste Industries Association and the Department of Environmental Protection.
