The library continues to offer lobby pickup only. Items may be picked up on Mondays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2 to 6 p.m.
Digital story times offered will include Preschool, for those ages 3 to 5, on Wednesday, Aug. 4, at 10 a.m. on YouTube.
The Danger Club, open to participants ages 9 to 12, will meet at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 10. Youths ages 9 to 12 may also attend Library Squad on Tuesday, Aug. 24, at 6:30 p.m.
Weekly Grab & Go Activities for Tweens, open to individuals ages 8 to 12, will feature a new secret code every Monday with an opportunity to win a special treat; this program will continue through Aug. 9. Scratchies for Teens, designed for youths ages 13 to 18, will offer an opportunity to win prizes by placing a book on hold and picking it up in person; this program will continue through Aug. 22.
Tiny Art for Teens will be offered to those ages 13 to 18 in August. Teens may pick up a kit at the library and watch the instruction video on YouTube.

Local author and Spring Grove School District teacher Jared Reck will discuss his latest novel, "Donuts and Other Proclamations of Love," on Aug. 3 at 2 p.m.
Virtual Talewise, an Exciting Combination of Science and Stories, will be held on Thursday, Aug. 5, at 10 a.m. It is for people of all ages.
Virtual Jake Strong: York Libraries Tales for Tails Magic Show, a program for children and youths ages 3 to 18, will be offered on Thursday, Aug. 19, at 10:30 a.m.
Each Thursday in August, York County Libraries will host a Zoom meeting on a topic inspired by this year's A Summer Read book selection, "You Belong: A Call for Connection" by Sebene Selassie. Meetings will begin at 6:30 p.m.
Kreutz Creek Library's TechTime will be offered by phone on Thursday, Aug. 19. Community members may call 717-846-5300 and ask for the tech specialist from 3:30 to 5:15 p.m.
Art Journaling for Adults and Teens will be offered on Thursdays through Aug. 12. Each Thursday after 1 p.m., the library will add a new art journaling theme to the online event calendar. Participants can share their creations in the comments section on the corresponding Facebook post.
Mystery at the Library/Virtual Author Event will take place on Wednesday, Aug. 25, at 7 p.m. Attendees will visit with authors Dana Mentink, Catherine Bruns, and Carrie Doyle. Direct links will be available on the library's Facebook and Instagram pages.
