The Adult Summer Reading Program will continue through Saturday, Sept. 4. Adult Grab & Go Craft Kits will be available after 10 a.m. while supplies last on Thursdays, Aug. 12 and 26.
Ongoing programs for adults will include Morning Yoga in the Backyard on Mondays, Aug. 2 and 9, at 9 a.m.; Astronomy Enthusiasts of Lancaster County on Wednesday, Aug. 4, at 6:30 p.m.; Painting Club at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesdays, Aug. 11 and 25; the Great Decisions Discussion Group on Aug. 11 at 6:30 p.m.; the Knitting Club at 10 a.m. on Mondays, Aug. 2 and 16; Jane Austen Society on Tuesday, Aug. 17, at 6:30 p.m.; and Buckhill Sleuths Book Club - ELANCO Location at 2 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 23.
Special programs will include "Mindfulness for Beginners" virtually on Thursday, Aug. 5, at 6:30 p.m. and a Backyard Concert featuring Temple Avenue on Wednesday, Aug. 25, at 6:30 p.m. No registration is needed for the concert.
Children should return their completed Summer Reading Program forms or finish the program on Beanstack by Saturday, Aug. 14.
Family Stages will present "Anansi the Trickster," an outdoor program, on Tuesday, Aug. 3, at 10 a.m. The performance is for people age 5 and up.
Registration for the Fall Backyard Storytime will be available through SignUpGenius beginning on Aug. 23. The first story time will take place on Tuesday, Sept. 7.
Community members are invited to enjoy the Summer StoryWalk at the Lititz Public Library at their convenience. The current title is "Little Pea" by Amy Krouse Rosenthal. The StoryWalk begins on Kissel Hill Road.
