The wedding of Lauren Ober and Ethan Blackbird took place on July 17 at Speedwell Heights Church of Lititz. Jeremy Schmoel officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Dr. David and Boni Ober of Elizabethtown. She graduated from Elizabethtown Area High School and Wheaton College. She is working toward a master's degree in applied behavior analysis at Penn State University. She is employed by Vista Autism Services.
The groom is the son of Dr. Tegan and Karen Blackbird of Elizabethtown. He graduated from Mason Dixon Homeschoolers Association and Belmont University. He is employed as the IT support specialist at the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence in Harrisburg.
The couple resides in Elizabethtown.
