The Lancaster Chamber's Women in Business program will host the 2021 Professional Women's Forum: Metamorphosis on Thursday, Oct. 14, from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Cork Factory Hotel, 480 New Holland Ave., Suite 3000, Lancaster. The forum is a program for businesswomen and professionals dedicated to the advancement of women in the workplace.
The keynote address will be "Pivot: Lessons in Changing Course, Spotting Opportunity, and Staying Relevant" by Lisa Schneider, chief product officer and chief growth officer at Framework Homeownership.
The breakout sessions will be "Sisters in the Shared Struggle: Addressing Intersectional Identities and Barriers to Success and Promotion" with Armenta Hinton, "Cultivating Confidence" with Andrea Shirk and "The COVID Metamorphosis - Mental Health and Its Influence on Our Productivity" with Julie Evarts.
The forum will also include a women's roundtable with Andrea Heberlein, executive director of the Pennsylvania Early Learning Investment Commission.
