The YMCA's 30-day STRONG Challenge launched on Oct. 18, and people may still sign up. This challenge encourages participants to get up and moving for 150 minutes a week over the course of 30 days. The Y is providing free content for all participants, including live and on-demand virtual fitness classes, weekly workout routines, recipes, nutrition advice, workout playlists and meditation series.
