The Christmas Village will be open on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 26 and 27, as well as Monday, Dec. 20, through Thursday, Dec. 23. Hours will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The entrance to The Christmas Village is located at Brittany's Hope, 1160 N. Market St., Elizabethtown. Admission is per vehicle, with passenger limits per vehicle. Admission purchased in advance will be discounted.
The interim National Christmas Center, housed a short distance from Stone Gables Estate, will be open to the public from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays, Dec. 4 to 18, and on Mondays through Thursdays on Dec. 20 to 30. A grand opening will be held on Nov. 26 and 27. Those who purchase tickets to the National Christmas Center by Wednesday, Nov. 24, will receive free admittance to the Christmas Village on Nov. 26 or 27 only. Tickets are only available online.
A Christmas dinner and show at The Star Barn, 420 Newville Road, Elizabethtown, will take place on Tuesday, Dec. 14; Wednesday, Dec. 15; Monday, Dec. 20; Tuesday, Dec. 21; Wednesday, Dec. 22; and Wednesday, Dec. 29. Gates will open at 5 p.m. Tickets will include hors d'oeuvres, a traditional Christmas dinner buffet, and a live Christmas music show. Attendees may arrive early to enjoy the Christmas light drive-through. Dinner tickets must be presented for a free ride through the Christmas light drive-through. Dinner will be served at 7 p.m., and the music show will start at 8 p.m. Reservations will close five days before each dinner date.
The Santa Express, a narrated train excursion and Christmas experience, will begin on Nov. 26. The experience will be offered on Saturdays, Nov. 27 to Dec. 18, and from Dec. 20 to 23, with start times available from 11 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. Tickets must be purchased in advance online. Children age 2 and under may attend for free and are permitted to sit on a parent's lap, with lap seating for children/toddlers limited to one per parent.
