The wedding of Jasmine Sar and Eric Friese took place on Aug. 14 at the Historic Mankin Mansion in Richmond, Va. Charles Schmitz officiated at the 6 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Steve and Soma Sar of Seattle, Wash. She graduated from Monacan High School in 2014 and Virginia Commonwealth University in 2020. She is employed by Greystar Property Management in Cary, N.C.
The groom is the son of Rick and Rhonda Friese of Elizabethtown. He graduated from Elizabethtown Area High School in 2012 and Virginia Military Institute in 2016. He is employed by FedEx in Durham, N.C.
The bride was given in marriage by her father.
The reception took place at the Historic Mankin Mansion.
The couple resides in Chapel Hill, N.C.
