Dauphin County Library System will partner with Black Girl Health Foundation and the National Library of Medicine and National Institutes of Health All of Us Research Program to offer a new series of Digital Literacy Workshops series in Harrisburg and Philadelphia. These completely virtual workshops are free to attend and will last approximately an hour on select Mondays at 9 a.m.
"Dial Up the Discounts: Using Your Phone to Pay Less for Prescriptions" will be offered on March 7. The presenters will show viewers how to use a phone to access real-time prescription discounts.
"#Scrolling4Health" will be presented on March 14. Participants will learn how to use social media to find credible health information.
