Our Mother of Perpetual Help School (OMPH School) celebrated theme days during Catholic Schools Week in early February. One of the themes, "Celebrating Our Community," led the students to give back to the Ephrata community by donating to an organization.
OMPH School chose to aid Good Samaritan after learning that the organization keeps a wish list of everyday items it needs most. OMPH School families donated paper products, cleaning products, and food items. Donations were presented to Good Samaritan representative Juliana Dudley by OMPH principal Mrs. Snyder and OMPH students. OMPH School students also collected snack items and made cards for the local police department and fire station. The care packages were delivered at the end of Catholic Schools Week and accepted by Officers Rodriguez and Himeisen.
Enrollment is open at OMPH School. The school is open to children from the local Catholic churches, as well as interested members of the general community. For more information, call 717-738-2414 or visit http://www.omphschool.com.
