Geyers United Methodist Church (UMC), 1605 S. Geyers Church Road, Middletown, will hold its annual Easter egg hunt on Palm Sunday, April 10, at 2 p.m. The event is free and open to the public and will be held rain or shine.
Children age 13 and under are welcome to bring their baskets to collect the plastic eggs that will be scattered across the church lawn. In addition, all children will receive a prize bag of chocolate and toys. The Easter Bunny will be present, and parents are encouraged to have their cameras ready for photographs.
After the egg hunt, all attendees may pick up a free to-go lunch. Each meal will include a hot dog, chips, dessert, and a drink. In the case of rain, the egg hunt will be a drive-through event where families can pick up eggs, candy, prizes and lunch from their cars.
