Church Completes Expansion

Community Fellowship Church (CFC), 200 Bethel Drive, Lancaster, celebrated the completion of a 16-month expansion and renovation project with a ribbon-cutting and dessert reception on March 10. Over 200 people attended the ceremony honoring key CFC staff members, volunteers, and contractors who contributed to the project. Attendees were invited to take self-led tours of new children's classrooms, an added student auditorium, new offices, and additional meeting space before enjoying a dessert reception in the newly expanded first-floor cafe.

Longtime CLC member Jack Risser had the honor of cutting the ribbon due to his involvement as a volunteer in the project. Risser is a Lancaster resident and retired architect.

Fry Associates Architecture of Lancaster, designer of the original building in 2004, also designed the expansion and renovation. Construction was completed by Weaver Construction & Roofing of East Earl.
