Manheim Township Education Foundation (MTEF) has announced its first Student Impact Grant recipient, the Women in Leadership Club. Grant funds supported the club's Women in Leadership Forum, held on April 8. Local female leaders spoke to more than 200 student attendees about navigating male-dominated career fields.
The Student Impact Fund was created in 2022 as a dedicated opportunity for students to propose innovative ideas and projects for funding not limited to MTEF's traditional grant cycle. Like all MTEF projects, Student Impact Grant projects must highlight innovation and benefit more than one student.
