The Friends of the Hershey Public Library have announced summer programs for kids in kindergarten through grade five. All programs will be held in person at the Hershey Public Library, 701 Cocoa Ave., Hershey. Everyone is welcome, and registration is not required.
Andrew Scharff will present Andrew's Big Show on Thursday, June 16, from 2 to 3 p.m. Families are invited to attend for an afternoon of physical comedy, juggling, circus tricks, yo-yos and more.
Kit's Interactive Theatre: Grace the Pirate will take place on Thursday, June 23, 2 to 3 p.m. Presented by Kitty Jones, the program combines history, music, dance and improvisation, and audience members are invited to participate. The story is set in 1601 and offers attendees the opportunity to experience an adventure on the high seas through jigs, folktales and sea chanties.
Mazetoons! will be offered on Tuesday, June 28, from 2 to 3 p.m. The presenter, Joe Wos, is an award-winning cartoonist, author, illustrator and voiceover artist.
