The community is invited to celebrate St. Patrick's Day and kick off the running season with the Junior League of Lancaster (JLL) during its 16th annual Run4Luck. To ensure the safety of all race participants and volunteers amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 event will be held virtually from Saturday, March 13, through Wednesday, March 17.
Participants are encouraged to complete the 4-mile run or 2-mile walk at any time from March 13 to 17. A Kids' Fun Run will also be held. When complete, participants will post their time to the Run4Luck Run signup page. Participants are also invited to take pictures and share them with JLL, so JLL may share them through its social media channels.
After all times are submitted, winners will be contacted and announced on Saturday, March 20, on the JLL's social media pages. This year's prizes include gift certificates to Inside Track and Dick's Sporting Goods, as well as a three-month membership for a family of four to Universal Athletic Club in Manheim Township.
