Startup Challenge is an action-packed startup intensive for community, students, and professionals with early-stage business ideas. Startup Challenge welcomes participants from all locations, backgrounds, and levels of experience. No affiliation with Penn State University is required to participate.
This three-day event will take place from Friday, April 17, through Sunday, April 19, at The Candy Factory, 342 N. Queen St., Lancaster. Friday will run from 5 to 10 p.m. and will include registration, dinner, the program kickoff, idea pitching, voting, team formation, and a team work session. The event will be held from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, and will include breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as the program kickoff, learning workshops, coaching, and team work sessions.
Sunday will begin at 8 a.m. with breakfast, followed by coaching, pitch prep, team work sessions, and lunch. The final pitch competition will be held from 3 to 5 p.m.
