Penn State Extension in York County has announced that the winners of the 2020 Kneller 4-H Scholarship are Aimee Getgen and Julia Manifold. This scholarship is presented annually in memory of Silas and Pearl Kneller by their family to two York County 4-H members. Silas and Pearl were dedicated York County 4-H alumni, with Pearl having served as the organizational leader for the Jefferson 4-H Club for more than 20 years.
