The Stewartstown Lions will once again hold a Run With the Lions 5K Run and Walk on Saturday, June 1, at Naylor Wine Cellars, 4069 Vineyard Road, Stewartstown. The walk will start at 8:30 a.m., with the run beginning at 9 a.m. The course will follow a scenic route across gentle rolling hills of southern York County.
Specially designed T-shirts will be given to early registrants, awards will be given to the top three finishers in numerous age groups, prizes donated by local businesses will be given away, and food and beverages will be provided after the race.
As with all club fundraisers, all proceeds will be given to the local community.
