The Susquehanna Chorale, a nationally acclaimed adult chamber choir, has named Lauren Allen to its staff as the administrator.
In this position, Allen will provide support for the chorale's artistic and operational activities, its concerts and special performances, and the educational outreach program choirs for children and youths.
Additionally, Allen works for Messiah College in the Office of Faculty Development. Previously, Allen served as a graduate assistant for Messiah's Intercultural Office, where she guided students in their pursuit of cross-cultural opportunities. A resident of the greater Harrisburg area, she has spent the last 10 years supporting local nonprofit organizations, including West Shore Free Church and ABWE International, in a variety of administrative capacities.
Allen earned a Bachelor of Arts in French and a master's degree through Messiah College.
