The Penn Square Chapter of the American Business Women's Association (ABWA) will hold a virtual meeting on Thursday, April 1, at 11:45 a.m.
Kirsi Bhasin will present "How to Fight Back Stress and Fatigue." Topics will include how to identify common internal and external symptoms and causes of stress, how to identify one's role and responsibility in stress creation and reduction, and strategies to manage stressors in the workplace and at home.
