ABWA Lancaster Area Express Network Chapter will hold its monthly meeting on Wednesday, Aug. 21, from 7:15 to 9 a.m. at Lancaster Country Club, 1466 New Holland Pike, Lancaster.
The meeting will focus on "3R's to Leading Others to Reach Their Full Potential." The featured speaker will be Carrie Willetts, the senior vice president and president of WellSpan Health Ephrata. Willetts will address key elements as a professional, a wife, and a mother that she hopes will inspire others to reach their full potential both professionally and personally. In her 20-plus-year career as a leader, Willetts has led numerous turnarounds and has been recognized for her ability to develop and implement strategic plans for growth.
