Hospice & Community Care will host the Latino Advance Care Planning Fair on Saturday, April 6, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Iglesia Jesucristo Es El Rey, 440 Pershing Ave., Lancaster. The event will be held in conjunction with National Health Care Decisions Day. Attendees will learn how to ensure their wishes are honored at end of life and meet with community leaders to plan their future in the event of a serious illness diagnosis.
