The Eicher Arts Center, 409 Cocalico St., Ephrata, inside Tom Grater Community Park, will host Ag and Art Day on Saturday, May 15, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will focus on native trees, shrubs, and other plants and on artists who depict the outdoors in their creations.
Vendors specializing in native plants will be offer those plants for sale. Participating artists displaying their work inside the historic Eicher building will include Gladys Zeiset, Karen Sensenig, Crystal Dull, and Gary Greene. Presentations on the outside deck will also be offered.
Admission is free. The public is encouraged to dress for the weather, bring folding chairs to set up outdoors, and wear protective masks. Donations to the nonprofit Eicher Arts Center will be accepted. For details, visit http://www.eicherartscenter.com.
