Hospice & Community Care has named Andrea Aldinger as its vice president of business development and Palliative Medicine Consultants operations.
In this role, Aldinger is responsible for developing and maintaining strategies to reach more patients and families, as well as leading and directing business operations for Palliative Medicine Consultants.
Aldinger brings more than 15 years of healthcare administrative and operations experience to the position. Prior to coming to Hospice & Community Care, she served as the administrative manager of oncology and surgery service lines at WellSpan Health, where she provided strategic oversight and program development for York, Lebanon, Lancaster, Adams and Franklin counties.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Central Pennsylvania College, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is currently working on her Master of Business Administration in strategic leadership from Messiah College, from which she is scheduled to graduate in May 2020.
Aldinger is an active member of American College of Healthcare Executives.
