ALLVETS will welcome Jeff Hines as the speaker at its meeting on Wednesday, Sept. 23, at 7 p.m. at the York County History Center, 250 E. Market St., York. Hines will speak about his experiences in the Army, focusing on his yearlong deployment in the Middle East, including Afghanistan, from 2001 to 2002.
